Always a pleasant stay at Premier Inn silicon Oasis. Friendly customer service, clean and quiet rooms. Good location for my needs. Also handy for shuttle bus to Centrepoint station (though drop off point was not convenient/ directions to metro station from drop off point was not provided by the driver despite asking dor help). Would be more appreciated if service was better, for example lone traveller arriving with 3 heavy bags- could have been helpful in assisting with lugagges.

Booked a family room but had to request 2nd bed to be set up to accommodate my children. Arrived back to hotel late evening to discover it still wasn’t set up so had to wait with a sleeping child for the room to be made. Breakfast was ok, food very average. Room very small for 3 people. Overall it was ok for a few nights but I wouldn’t go back.
