Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write your review of our property. We want to apologize for the rude behavior of one of our employees. It was inexcusable for her to speak to you in an impolite manner. While the poor service you experienced is unusual and not the standard of our hotel, there is no excuse for a lackadaisical attitude on the part of any of our employees.
