This is a deluxe hotel and everything was on point. Service was very good, the room was large, comfortable including the beds and pillows. We dine at two of their restaurants and it was amazing! And the best part, the pool and the view of the Burj Khalifa, especially at night is amazing!!

Everyone working at the hotel makes you feel like family. They brought cake, balloons, card and took a photo on my wife’s birthday. The house keeper brought fruit and flowers to us. Housekeeping would clean our room in the morning and with the jet lag we would take a nap in the afternoon and housekeeping would have the bed made again by time we came back to the room. The valet are quick with getting and parking your vehicle. The door man are friendly and make your day with small talk and jokes while you are waiting for your vehicle or taxi. 100 out of 100 experience with staff. We stayed on the 35th floor sea side. The views are amazing!!!

Great customer service. Akshit helped us at front desk to provide great room upgrade offer considering the four us would need a bigger space and also provided complimentary breakfast on arrival and early check-in. This helped us a lot as we were quite tired after the long flight. Great surprise birthday celebration for our son by staff Omo Chef Saturo, Melissa, Pradeep and Liezel. They all sang birthday song and got balloons, cakes, candles and handwritten card with our picture as a gift. It was a lovely surprise, on top of what they already did by providing a cake in the room for his birthday. We really appreciated it. Also great help from Mohammed at front door at always greeting us with smile and calling us by our name. We always had great conversations during our encounters. All staff are so great and friendly. Great shuttle bus service to the Dubai Mall which operates throughout the day. Hotel is located right in the heart of downtown, stones throw away from Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall etc. their free shuttle also drops off to nearby beaches.

All of the staff, especially Francis & Khodarahm were so kind and helpful. Rooms were cleaned and replenished so well. Front desk concierge Yignesh and Mustafa were so helpful during our stay.
