The bed was not comfortable at all. The service is lacking. They charge you for room cleaning...€15 per day, if you opt in. When we asked for a new room due to an awful bed...they offered extra duvets (comforters) to make it softer. They refused to give a refund for unused nights and when we asked for a manager, they told us a time he'd be in.... instead, no manager ever came in nor contacted us.

Would only recommend for a last resort
The company takes pride in keeping costs low with the layout being tight and amenities as basic as possible, but that should not equal dirty, squeaky, creaky and cold. Nor should the bed be dangerous with the springs punching out and resulting in pain all over the body. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights, ended up checking out after 1. For the first time ever have I felt the need to scrape together extra money for a whole new accommodation in order to save a trip that started to feel awfully miserable. Luckily, that helped!

Perfect for a short stay when you are out all day. Compact, affordable, spotlessly clean room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk from the all the attractions, shops and bars.

good location, walkable to main areas. overpriced for what you are getting in terms of room. the room is incredibly cramped and barely livable for 2 people with no room to put your luggage (we had 2 carry-ons only and it was tremendously difficult). it was a constant trip hazard just to go to the restroom. facility is clean and well kept but our floor was dirty/dust covered. other guests also loud and not respectful of quiet hours.
