Very dated property. The Courtyard rooms are awful. No sound proofing between rooms. I could hear the television of the room next door all night, so no sleep.
The grounds could have been better kept the bathroom was wonderful great tub and plenty roof hot water. The room just need a little update. All in all we were pleased very quiet restful.
I was in Ireland for a concert. Felicia at the front desk helped me figure out transportation to and from the event. Her and Karina were two of the nicest ladies I meet in Ireland! Both were warm, friendly and welcoming.
Stayed in the main house and will defiantly stay again, when i go back. The hotel was just beautiful and peaceful.
Somewhat small room as no room for 2 suitcases but OMG the surroundings more than made up for it, great place!

Liked: Staff & service
I was surprised about this property. Our room had recently been updated and was huge with very large bathroom and sitting area. Very convenient for Dublin along with other areas in Ireland. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The outside of the property needs updating but grounds are gorgeous. Would certainly recommend this property for a short stay.
Very nice property with a large Victorian garden, located outside the Dublin core but accessible enough by car. We used this hotel on our last day before leaving Ireland so we chose it so we could drive to the airport in the morning (25 mins). Very clean rooms though the carpeting leading up to the room was a little dated. Also, found two small spiders in the corner of the room the morning we woke up but otherwise friendly staff and good value for money.
Only one outlet in our room worked. The room itself was small with limited resources. Was told it was relatively close to Dublin which is untrue. You are not supposed to bring food into the rooms yet no food options are really around the inn. Had to pay for meals in the inn since they weren’t in our “package”. FELICIA at the front desk was a delight and helped us tremendously.
Overall our stay was good. Hotel is old reception and room and separated. Rooms are in the courtyard and there was smell as you enter the building but room was good and big.
No fridge or microwave. Nothing for ironing. But free parking.
The place is beautiful but we woke up to no water. I have waited my whole to come to Ireland and couldn’t take a shower. The service rep didn’t offer any compensation. Had to wait until the next night at a new hotel to shower. Had to use the toilet twice and couldn’t flush. Would not recommend
Loved this hotel, we were based in a ground floor room on the courtyard (separate from main hotel). Beautiful gardens to walk around, was a spacious safe space for kids to explore. Feel of the countryside just outside the city. Ideal base for exploring Dublin
