Awful service,do not recommend!
Absolutely horrible,if you don’t have a car,it cost over 55 euro to get there from the airport,more then an hour to get to city Center by bus,we checked out earlier because it was more then 2 hours lost in traffic in the bus,they refused to give us the refund for the 2 nights we did not stayed there. Also,they won’t come to replace towels or toilet paper,which I found it disgusting,we had to ring and ask for it. Even worse,when we arrive the shower wasn’t working,and when I was trying to explain to the staff,they assured me that the room was definitely checked before we arrived,definitely hasn’t. I had to pay an awful lot of money to stay in Ireland for 4 nights almost 800 pounds,because they refused to understand and help us with the refund!

We were not told in advance that parking was charged extra on our stay there are as good hotels that give free parking to guest's so probably we will stay elswhere next time. We also asked for a accessibal family room as we were bringing an 82 year old lady with us the room we were given had a shower over the bath so we had to shower mum at one of our familys homes the room was also very far from reception meaning we had to use a wheel chair to transport mum from the car to the room. The food was nice in both restraunts and your staff are ambassadors for your company. All in all a pleasant stay but unfortunately not perfect.

I had an uncomfortable sleep due to the large pillows. The bathroom had no fan, On a good note we had a coffee machine in our room along with bottles of water and also a small box of chocolates which were delicious

My family and I had a great stay at the Maldron Hotel. Everything was great, from the fast and friendly check in, the comfortable beds and amazing breakfast. We loved the property as well, there’s a supermarket across the street as well as some dining options and a gas station about a block away.
