A beautiful hotel! The reception staff were so pleasant and no request was too much for them. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Place was spotless! Will definitely stay again next time I’m visiting Dublin.

The hotel is situated on the edge of the ‘hub’ of the city and is an easy 15 minute walk in. Our double room was clean, comfortable and spacious and the rest of the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and I’ve got no complaints and would definitely return. The nearest stop for the Dublin Express (airport to Dublin bus) is North Wall Quay and this is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel and located next to Samuel Beckett Bridge.

Overall a good stay. The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance to many local attractions. Unimpressed with the restaurant though...I ordered a burger and fries and they were delivered to the wrong table. After several minutes, the server realized her mistake and went and took back the burger from the wrong table. She returned two minutes later with what was susposed to be my burger. I asked her if it was fresh or if she had just redelivered it to me. She told me it was fresh but i called her in it and told her no it wasn't because it was cold! She was caught in her lie, so she returned it to the kitchen. A few minutes later, the manager appeared with another burger and fries, that frankly I'm still not convinced was fresh and told me sorry, but everyone makes mistakes. It's not the mistake i was upset with, but the dishonesty!

Room was clean & very spacious. Had all amenities you could want, apart from a mini fridge but no big deal. We stayed for 3 nights, staff were friendly & professional. It was great getting bottled water in the room each day, but perhaps a water refilling station on each floor would be a good idea too for sustainability. Parking was ideal and available to us 24hours. The location is ideal, close to city centre but not super busy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)

The staff we so nice and friendly, especially in the restaurant! The hotel could use some updating, we didn’t have hot water one evening. The area buildings around really need upgraded or torn down.
