The hotel itself was very nice - things looked new and trendy and clean. We never ate there but the breakfast spread looked great. Our room was small - only one side of the bed had any space to put a suitcase. The king-size bed was small, the bathroom was small. Location-wise, there were some good restaurants/bars nearby and it was a short walk to the Temple Bar area. But

Great location in the heart of the city centre. Easy access to the Temple Bar area. Grocery stores right next to the property in the malls for those that dont want to have to eat in restaurants all the time. There was no fridge in our room so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Room are small but have all the amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Diffently in a great location. It was walkable to most Dublin attractions. Public transportation near hotel. This is not a resort hotel but was reasonably priced, clean with a decent breakfast. It ticked all the boxes for me when I travel. Motel one is not fancy but is very nice. I will diffently seek out their hotels when I return to Europe in other coutries. I hope they have as great of service as the one in Dublin.

First of all, for the positives-This is a brand new hotel, and the location was PERFECT! Very close to the Temple Bar area and many restaurants. The room was immaculate. Now, for the "issues"--This is one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in. We had been at the end of an almost one-month long trip, so we had very full suitcases and a collection of souvenirs. There was barely any room to put our suitcases in the room. Also, there were no closets or drawers--just a couple of hangers on a rod and som hooks. The bathroom was clean, but also tiny. The towels were actually placed inside the shower. Our room looked out onto a courtyard area, which could possibly be nice if they landscape it, but maybe they aren't finished with that yet. This hotel would be perfect for someone who had a small amount of carry-on luggage, and the price was reasonable.

It's a clean, comfortable bed for the night. Good service. Breakfast on the expensive side (though maybe not for Dublin). You'll find an a la carte breakfast elsewhere at better value. Quite sad shower pressure. Fits the bill for a budget chain hotel.
