Excellent location and a room facing the courtyard was without noise. Hotel is right off the light rail/train line and also one block from the Ha'Penny pedestrian bridge with quick access to The Temple district. Staff were friendly and helpful although we never ate/drank at the hotel. The only complaint would be the size of the room--we're fine with a small room and expected that, but there was really only room for one suitcase. If you have a hanging suitcase organizer, this is helpful (as you can hang that vs. needing a spot to access an open suitcase.) But this was minor compared to an overall great hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was centrally located for everything we had planned in our short time there. We could either walk or take the luas wherever we needed to go. Amenities were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Very tiny rooms. We were there for the NFL game, so maybe it isn't fair to rate based on what we paid, but at over $550 per night, we didn't even get breakfast.

The hotel is great. The rooms are small but it’s pretty much a given in that area. Clean and modern. Breakfast and bar are good. Dublin is a rough area but the hotel is close to everything

Room was a bit on the cozy side but manageable. Location was great - close to the Temple Bar area but outside the crowds and noise. In terms of the in room amenities, which may or may not matter to some, there were no shower caps, no vanity items, no body lotion, and no hair conditioner (there was a combined body wash and shampoo) - I did not inquire at the front desk about the availability of these things and it is more of an FYI.

The staff: Cecilia, Fahad, Yusuf, Megan, Miguel & Matheus were all very pleasant, professional and were willing to help my wife & I - we became friends staying at your hotel for two weeks. It was greatly appreciated! The area the hotel is in on Dublin is not a good area Lots of homeless people living on the streets begging. The area was dirty and unsafe. Each hotel room or at least the upgrade rooms should have a small refrigerator.
