Sadly the check in let the hotel down. After calling on the day to confirm my booking I was told the room was ready and check in any time. When I arrived at check in I was told yes the room is ready but there is a 15 euro charge. I explained the situation multiple times and was met with indifference and it soured the whole start of my ‘customer experience’. The stay was fine after dealing with other staff

Good hotel for a city break. Excellent staff, good facilities and breakfast. Our room was quite small and on the first floor so noise from the trams could be heard. Not a problem if you’re a deep sleeper.

Clean, just around the corner of every main attraction. Beds and bathroom a bit small for a tall Dutchman and only one electricity socket. We were in the middle of town and at the seventh floor it was nice and quiet.

Hotel was brilliant. Very clean very modern. Just a bit of feedback to further travellers rooms are quite compact so not alot of storage space. Staff very friendly. Hotel is in a prime location for getting around. Most places are no more than a 15 minute walk.

Great location with brilliant staff!
The staff on reception were excellent! They were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. The location of the hotel was pefect for a toursit weekend away. Having more than one double plug socket in our room would have made the stay a little easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Such a great hotel and amazing location. Staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. Room was well maintained and very clean. Location cannot be beat- its just far enough to cut the noise of the main tourist areas while still only being a 2-3 minute walk.

Great hotel with very good customer service
Nice hotel - very center and near all. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Molly was the best as well as the other staff - very informative and fast assistance to any inquiry.also the Great customer service and hotel is very nice and clean and rates are affordable.
