Sadly the check in let the hotel down. After calling on the day to confirm my booking I was told the room was ready and check in any time. When I arrived at check in I was told yes the room is ready but there is a 15 euro charge. I explained the situation multiple times and was met with indifference and it soured the whole start of my ‘customer experience’. The stay was fine after dealing with other staff
Lovely friendly hotel in fantastic central location, only slight criticism is the lack of window and the very modern air conditioning and lighting kept switching themselves off!
Good hotel for a city break. Excellent staff, good facilities and breakfast.
Our room was quite small and on the first floor so noise from the trams could be heard. Not a problem if you’re a deep sleeper.
Clean, just around the corner of every main attraction. Beds and bathroom a bit small for a tall Dutchman and only one electricity socket. We were in the middle of town and at the seventh floor it was nice and quiet.
Hotel was brilliant. Very clean very modern. Just a bit of feedback to further travellers rooms are quite compact so not alot of storage space. Staff very friendly. Hotel is in a prime location for getting around. Most places are no more than a 15 minute walk.

Such a great hotel and amazing location. Staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. Room was well maintained and very clean. Location cannot be beat- its just far enough to cut the noise of the main tourist areas while still only being a 2-3 minute walk.
