Very nice beautiful hotel. Convenient to the tram that takes you into any part of Dublin that you want to go to. Did not have any problems with noise inside the hotel room could not hear a thing through the walls. Very pleased with our stay.

Ideal hotel for concerts in the 3 arena, walk out the door and your there, same for luas, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety for everyone, rooms modern and spacious and clean, couldnt fault in any way

Hotel is right across from the Luas train, super easy to hop on and get downtown. I only am giving 3 stars because our sleep was terrible. Just arrived from a long overnight flight and they accidentally assigned our room to someone else. That person tried to get in at 1am including trying to remove the chain from the outside! The front desk did not discover the error until late the next day so had to give new keys not knowing if it was a random person trying to get in rooms. Was unsettling that they could not figure that out in the middle of the night….they felt badly of course but our one night of rest before moving on did not go well!
