Dirty toilet,toilet seat been cut off to fit but difficult to sit on, balcony doors had no way of shutting or locking,queen size bed had one single sheet down the middle ODD!! NO CHANGE OF towels or rubbish not collected.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Voinić. The villa is situated close to the centre of Cavtat. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner who showed us to our room and we’re given complimentary drinks to enjoy while we settled in and took in the view of Cavtat from our balcony. Cavtat is a beautiful coastal town with some nice bars and restaurants, such as Amor and the family run Ivan where we enjoyed a few meals during our stay. There is a steep hill from Cavtat up to the Villa though we found it easier to navigate while enjoying a nice ice cream from one of the vendors in town. If you’d prefer an easier walk follow the path from the bus station past the Cavtat Hotel. Easy access to Dubrovnik either by Boat or Number 10 bus. The bus is currently 50 Kuna return and takes around half an hour. Though personally we enjoyed Cavtat more. On our last day upon check out the owners offered to hold our luggage until later in the evening and even drove us to the airport. We hope to come back to Cavtat and Villa Voinić again in the future. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Villa Voinic Amazing
Me and my fiancee stayed here because we had to pay are deposit for are wedding and this little gem was only a short walk from Hotel Croasia. We are getting married here in Cavat because its absolutely stunning, perfect restaurants and its so clean! And if you stay here you also get a 10% discount at Ivan where we found the food so good. Staff where very pleasant they left a botttle of fizz in are room as requested. Clean room very comfy bed and a pretty balcony. I got reading a good book by the pool they said i could take home for free and also gave us a ride back to the airport free of charge. Can't recommend this place enough i'd go back tommorrow.

Clean and Friendly
Stayed at the villa for 10 days, always clean and tidy, bins emptied every day towels changed most days. Rooms are functional, beds comfy, showers good, free air con and Wi-Fi. The owners (sorry didn't get their names) are friendly and accommodating and greeted us with a welcome drink on arrival.

Nice, clean and convenient
Stayed here for 10 nights and didn’t have any issues. It was clean, tidy and had decent air conditioning. The walk down to Cavtat wasn’t too far down the hill. Small but private pool provides decent way to cool down. Had space to park our car we hired. Would definitely stay here again if we went back to Cavtat and no issue in recommending to others. Great stay overall.

Absoloutely fantastic deal. Paid next to nothing for the accomodation, arrived too a 2 bed room apartment with kitchen facilities, dining area and 2 balconies. The cleanliness and presentation of the room was second to none. Staff we’re extemely pleasant and helpful. Slight smell of smoke when entering the building from the family home downstairs however nothing too major. 5 minute walk to Cavtat harbour where you will find all restaurants and supermarkets. Great location over all, very pleasant and quiet. Would highly recommend this property!

Short distance to the restaurants, cafes and bars, including the family run restaurant where the family makes you feel very welcome. On the return journey home the family was so kind and was very helpful by personally running us back to the airport.

Great Croatian stay in Cavtat
Great value for money, place had well equipped kitchen, balcony and pool. We checked in at midnight with no issue and was greeted with free wine and beer - exceptional. Only 5m walk to the town of Cavtat with shops and restaurants and ferries into Dubrovnik (Otherwise only a 20m drive and 10m from airport). Would recommend.

Friendly hosts and convenient for Cavtat
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions into the main area for shops, restaurants, beaches (not sandy but still very pleasant) and bars. And we got a discount in their family restaurant, Ivans, which was very nice. This was via a very long downhill walk, with of course the long uphill walk home. We really enjoyed the challenge though and very worthwhile ! :)

Lovely little place, perfect for us
Town of Cavtat just 7 mins walk but it's all downhill, walking back up is very hard going especially if you are disabled but the view from our room balcony was amazing. The town is directly under the flight path but it didn't bother us too much. Apartment was clean and comfortable, would go back. The owners didn't speak great English but enough to get by and they were very pleasant and welcoming. Pool area was nice and clean but some of the sun beds were broken.
