My partner and I stayed here for five nights over the Christmas holiday. In addition to being clean, safe, and private, the staff were extremely hospitable and professional. While my husband was working, I enjoyed the on-site spa services and delicious dining menu at the Clau Clau bistro. I would recommend La Bannik for those who are looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat that takes full advantage of the natural beauty of Lac Temiscaming.

J’y ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises. Les chalets sont agréables et très confortable. Le restaurant excellent, même si le menu n’était pas très diversifiée mais tout le monde trouver un plat qu’il satisfaisait pleinement. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The grounds and views are magnificent. Our dinner and breakfast were deliciously prepared and beautifully served. The view from the dining room with the fall foliage in full bloom was wonderful. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Unfortunately upon our arrival our booking was not made. Because of the long distance and our wish to stay at this specific location we ended up paying almost double to stay in a larger cabin since it was the only thing available. Not sure where the mix up occurred, with La Bannik or Expedia but this situation is the reason that all feedback is not glowing.
