False advertising… there was no free breakfast. They are no longer associated with the restaurant… yet the pictures imply they are associated. There is no one operating the desk off hours. Make sure you read your French arrival instructions ahead of time. Our room was above the noisy restaurant which was open till 11 and no air conditioning so you have to keep your windows open.

Service was excellent, Room was neet,but its a converted house to hotel,our room was on the 3rd floor,with out lift it was hard to get the room with luggage, lake view means you can see the lake through your windows long view

Grosse déception
Chambre 104 ultra-minimaliste (mais propre), sans même une table ou une chaise. Un lit et un canapé inutile, et c'est tout. Impossible d'utiliser mon ordinateur portable. Très décu. Petit déjeuner soit-disant compris dans l'offre d'Hotels.com, mais facturé en plus en réalité.

Pas d'internet dans la chambre, quand on demande on nous dit le responsable n'est pas ici. Pas de couvre matelas, la chambre faite le menage une fois, pas assez de personnel. Pas de serviettes dans le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner, le dernier jour pas de formage. On dirait que ce n'est pas de gens professionnels qui tiennent l'etablissement. Le responsable nous a dit qui viendrai à 9h30 il n'est jamais arrivé.

Très bien . Pour tout. Prévoir clims en chambre .
Séjour agréable prévu au départ pour après soirée Paléo. Tout s est bien passé, le service , la chambre et l amabilité du personnel . Petit point noir , le manque de climatiseur en chambre qui , avec le réchauffement climatique, sera nécessaire, car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre

Très très décevant
Personnel globalement attentionné. Très désagréablement surpris ; l'hôtel n'a rien à voir avec les photo, chambre surchauffée et réglage impossible, un bureau mais pas de chaise pour s'assoir, pas possible d'avoir une facture correspondant à ce que j'ai payé sur internet... Restaurant à éviter également : perche baignant dans l'huile et frites sans gout
