Bon emplacement, environnement sympathique, pratique pour accéder à la piste cyclable. Suggestion & Avis : Ce chalet devait être très sympathique il y a 5 ans, il faudrait réaliser qques travaux de déco ( luminaires ), upgrader le petit électroménager ( cafetière, grille pain, micro-ondes d’un autre temps, acheter des accessoires pour BBQ ) et faire qques rénovations ( douche, vasque évier ) pour que le prix proposé soit réellement en corrélation avec le produit payé…

Lage sehr gut, zum See und weiteren Orten. Waren mit Fahrrädern. Unterkunft leider mit vielen Schrägen (Kopfstoßgefahr), Wendeltreppe mitten im Raum. Bett im EG konnten wir nicht nutzen, da zu sehr gequietscht. Pluspunkte: Geschirrspüler, ruhige Lage

Einfach schön!
Ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, Ort mit Strand, Café, Restaurant, Geschäften, Bushaltestelle in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Annecy jetzt in der Ferienzeit kostenlos mit Bus erreichbar, Wanderungen auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung möglich (gut ausgeschildert), Chamonix, Albertville etc. in kurzer Zeit dirket mit Auto erreichbar. Haus in sehr ruhiger und angenehmer Wohngegend, komfortabel und praktisch eingerichtet. Super Kommunikation mit und Unterstützung durch Stéphanie. Kurz - einfach schön!

Duingt Haus
Hervorragende Lage und unendliche Möglichkeiten den Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel, ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Der anliegende Garten kann vollkommen allein genutzt werden und bietet viel Raum für Entspannung. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin.
