We stay in this hotel whenever we’re in Duluth. It’s comfortable, clean, well managed and conveniently located, plus reasonably priced. Extra bonuses are the swimming pool and the breakfast. The entry from the parking lot level requiring a walk down stairs is kind of crazy, but that’s Duluth for you!

Hard to determine if it was the right hotel - in the process of changing owners, and "Baymont" was confusing, and some rehab going on. Other than that, great place, would stay again. In winter, only 4WD can park in lots, that should be clearly stated in ads.

Bugs all over facility. Lack of housekeeping, told to police our own room cleaning, and ask for toiletries at tje desk as they had no staff to clean rooms?! Never in a million years would i stay here again

The facility is in the process of changing owners so the pictures of the room on web site did not reflect my room. I was looking forward to the wood walls giving it a cabin feel retreat. The beds and pillows, however, were wonderful and I had the best night sleep!! I had booked a balcony room but I arrived early so room was not ready but they had a patio room so I took that room. It was not a patio-just a cement slab. I booked the facility as I was looking for a pool and hot tub, but hot tub was down so I was disappointed in that. Despite that issue, I would stay again. Staff, front desk, breakfast area were wonderful. I know the above issues will be resolved during transition. Keep up the good work!

Very nice room!
Room was clean and newly remodeled. New beds. Lots of options for breakfast. Staff was kind. No hot tub. Kids enjoyed the pool though.

Great for the price if you are looking for a hotel outside of Duluth at half the price of those by the Canal, and just a room to sleep after venturing out all day. It is starting to be ran down but they still try to make it nice. The sauna and whirlpool were shut down which they did not tell guest unless you ask. Overall it was a good stay.

There was poop all over the bathroom wall towels coverd in hair toilet still had pee on the seat there was a hot tub advertised but no hot tub did not get the room i actually booked it is not handicap accessible

New owners and remodeling is not finished. Breakfast is all white flour and sugar. Subway and convenience store,gas station next door. Easy on and off the highway. Nice view on the front side. No elevator.

We got a triple whammy with this room... we walked in and saw we didn't have a window, we had a door that overlooked the indoor pool. Even the quietest conversation from the people in the pool was heard by us, as it was all amplified. Pool didn't close until a little after 10, so we had to listen to it basically all night. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything the people in the adjoining room did and said. Then when I finally fell asleep I was ripped awake at 6:00am because the breakfast nook was DIRECTLY across the hall from us and the beeping from the damn waffle makers was loud as hell. Never again!
