Used to go their every month to visit my disabled brother have been for a long time.none of the usual staff there It would be lovely to have an area you can put your tray to add to for your breakfast and the Ute tails for dishing up the food, used to be wiped constantly but the trays they sit on to be continually cleaned they were not but it was extra busy I understand

I was disappointed in the breakfast. It is better in the IBIS Carlisle where fresh fried eggs and mushrooms are available. Also sourdough bread.

Great hotel, great staff
The hotel was in a great spot, just yards from the main shopping centre and other attractions. The receptionist (Sarah) was so friendly and gave us advice on what we could do with our 5yr old granddaughter.
