When we stayed there was a broken water pipe, we were not told about it when we checked in even though they obviously knew about it with all the towels on the floor in reception. This meant no water in our rooms to wash or shower with. There was no wifi and we had to hear generators and air dryers most of the night. When we checked out reception never apologised for the inconvenience or offered compensation

The view was good. Closeness to the City. The Breakfast was good. Was worried the bed didn't have an electric blanket but found a warmer blanket in wardrobe but surprised that there was only two hangers.

No parking!!
Turned up expecting to have parking as a first in first served as it has been in the past. Was informed that the parking will cost and should have been purchased when making the booking. There were no longer parking spots available.This was not an option when booking on Hotels.com. Disappointed that I had no option and let down on arrival.
