Excellent breakfast, needs painting on the stairway, we found the bed and pillows hard, very clean and tidy, need to mention there is no lift( wife has disability issues)

An inexpensive first stay at this hotel near the M90, and would stay again in the future. Room was very clean. Evening meals were not available and I had to make other arrangements. Cannot comment on breakfast as I has to leave extra early for work. WIFI was a one or two bar service: - suitable for email, but not video-conferencing

Terrible location, staff very unfriendly from the beginning. first told my family traveling with children that he wouldn’t take us because in the original reservation there was a missing person, later and, after being on the phone with customer service they agreed to give us the room that BTW was paid off in advance under the condition of paying more for my husband? At this point and getting close to midnight and due multiple sketchy moves we decided to book a different hotel but this people still kept our money, meaning stole it from us. If you’re traveling to Scotland please don’t spoil you experience by staying anywhere around this hotel, that if you value your hard earned money and peace of mind. 0 stars.

This is the second time staying at Hill Park Hotel. Very friendly staff. Lovely bedrooms. Lovely breakfast. Just perfect. Will be looking forward to staying again next year.

Staff was very helpful and check in was quick. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Taxi was about £6 from the rosyth train station and the bus stop we needed to get to dundee was only 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was included with a variety of continental and hot food available and it was a great way to start the day.
