I’ve booked one night through Expedia and paid in advance. When I tired to check in, I was told that my reservation has been cancelled. I did not cancel and did look through my email from Expedia for cancellation notification but of course I didn’t find it. I was forced to pay for one night which is significantly more then what I have paid through Expedia. At the end, the hotel said they have refunded the charge but a week later, the charge is still on my credit card with pending status.

Was ok, had noisy neighbors and they were up all hours of the night outside and inside of room. Room was clean though and staff were nice. Probably just needed security to do rounds.

Building is run down and the carpet in the room was badly stained - however the room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also clean and fresh.

Excellent check in experience. Location was perfect, 4 blocks to train, room was fine. Pool & whirlpool we’re great. We were sad to hear hotel was sold & property will be converted to condos

The pool and hot tub water was a little dirty the first day. All water appeared clean the next day.

OK, but lacking in amenities. No refrigerator or microwave, very limited AC outlets for phone chargers, etc. Only one of three ice machines was working and it was on a different floor at the other end of the building.
