Room had broken floor tiles, carpets were stained, no blanket for the pull-out bed (had to buy our own at Walmart), mattress cover on pull out bed appeared to have blood stains, exterior doors dont lock at night, etc. Had to move heavy coffee table into a corner just to pull out the couch bed. When i spoke to the night clerk, he just said "I only work here. Have only been here two months. I'm not the manager" and could hardly even get a 3rd towel set and pillow (with no cover) with 3 registered adults. No elevator to 2nd floor and no equivalent room on 1st floor. Absolutely would not stay here ever again! 1 star rating only because 0 is not an option.
There was no elevator. The rooms catoet had stains and there was dirt and debri under the bed. The bathroom had loose tiles, the door had stuff all over it thwre was dirt all over the floor. The place was filthy. I will never stay here again.
The toilet flusher was broken, had to hand flush by sticking your hand in the tank of water. I should have taken a photo but I'm 60 years old. I still haven't figure out my phone. My husband is 65 years old.
Room smelled like urine and the carpet was not vacuumed I couldn't make coffee because missing the filter cup where you put the coffee the bathroom sink dirty like someone dropped soda no small towels for body wash no eggs at breakfast I returned the room key to front desk and the lady talking to someone else behind her desk didn't even paid attention bad we were very disappointed I hope they did changed the blankets and bed sheets when we got the room
The guy working the front desk was rude. When i told him i had reservation he told me ita not there and i don't know when it will be there could be inatant could be 3 hrs or even 6. When i asked for phone number to check back in he said i dont know whatever it is huat google it. I had to call expedia to change my reservation
The room was not clean. Pillow cases were visibly dirty. The ac/heater unit made a ton of noise. The floor was uneven and VERY CREAKY. But for a place to just sleep, Ive slept in worse.
