Horrendous experience with staff that don’t know any customer service or human interaction. Horrible people that should not work with people or with anyone to be honest. Just avoid overall!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Property is in a convenient location, with the beach being directly across the street. Hotel parking is very limited

Beautiful classic hotel.Their main restaurant is gorgeous. Staff is super helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. It's in a great location .

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist ansprechend und hat eine gute Lage (unweit von der Strandpromenade). Frühstück war prima. Unser Blick vom Zimmer war eine Baustelle. Unsere bei expedia geleistete Vorauszahlung wurde nicht anerkannt - sehr ärgerlich. Wir mussten dort noch einmal zahlen.

Hôtel qui s'apparente à un hôtel-club, avec des équipements réduits pour un hôtel 4* : absence de porte-savon dans la douche ou dérouleur de papier toilette, pas de siège dans la chambre, pas de coffre-fort, pas de lampes de chevet... Par ailleurs, la climatisation était bruyante et nous avions du bruit émanant de la piscine à l'étage au-dessus de notre chambre. La plage privée de l'hôtel diffusait en permanence de la musique à un volume sonore très élevé, peu propice au calme espéré, contrairement aux autres plages privées d'à côté.

Nice and clean rooms, good beds, stunning evening sun in the roof top. Super friendly staff, especially thanks to Drita and Nick. We really enjoyed our stay in the Empire Hotel. Good location near the beach and restaurants.
