Very clean, staff welcoming and helpful. Room was basic but sufficient. Only negative was the hairdryer, an asthmatic coughing on my hair would have been more effective in drying my hair.

Well located hotel, good public transport option nearby. Large room and bathroom, room looked onto the courtyard, meant it was very quiet. Reasonable choose at the continental breakfast. Self service check in and check out

The hotel is an easy stroll away from the main station. The check in was with a new tablet system and it was having issues that the staff had to constantly deal with. Quicker to have the staff check in normally. Rooms are excellent, clean and well appointed. Only gripe is the doors of other rooms are constantly slamming in the morning, could do with being a soft close system in them.

Enjoyable with few hiccups
Location was very good. Number of halal food restaurants were nearby. Walk to central station was only about 10 minutes. Walk to Konigsalee was just about 5 minutes. Reception guy was very polite. Check in and check out was very easy. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff there was helpful. Sadly, there was no fridge in, no telephone to call reception or house keeping or room service. Room cleaning was not 100% as our small toilet problem was not solved properly. Else was fine. 😊 we are family of 4.

It was our second stay and just as good as the first time. Professional, courteous Check-in and the same of all the Personal at the Hotel. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and simply good. This time our Room was to the inside (4th Floor) and very quiet. I am familiar with Düsseldorf and it is within walking distances to Transportation or Shopping, the Old Town and the Rhine. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächste Reise in Düsseldorf und werden wieder im Carat Hotel buchen. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
