The room was clean and comfortable but finally after the 3rd time trying to check in we got our room. Checkin was at 4 and we finally got our room about 4:30 No apologies or discounts for our wait They tried giving us a room with 2 beds when we paid for an upgraded king bed room We went to a concert at Horseshoe Casino and other than that it seemed like there was nothing to do. It's like they built these places in a slum
