The house was made to be a vacation house. Everything from the beach decor to the surprisingly spacious rooms to the fully equipped kitchen (but don't forget to bring your spices/condiments with you). There was plenty of room for my family of four. We loved the location and went to the private beach a few times with a wagon full of the provided chairs, towels, toys, and beach games. It's managed by Vacasa which means that every communication goes through a corporate entity which was frustrating on two different occasions. First, the HVAC system was not working when we first got there, so there was no AC. After I chatted with them they sent a company to fix it, but didn't tell me. The guy was in the house when we came back from the beach. I finally got a call when he was leaving that he was 30 minutes away. Also, the pool that the house has access to was not open for the season yet and I called beforehand to confirm this and was promised a call from someone locally and never heard from anyone. We didn't find this out until we showed up and found a pool with a lock on the gates. It doesn't open on weekdays until 6/28 and only on the weekends in June. It closes after Labor Day (which is actually noted on a sign in the house). Frustrating considering this was one of the main reasons we chose this specific house.
