Calliope is a worm, cozy, hospitable stone-house located in the coastal region of Kiparissos. It is a part of a double residence, the core of which was built in the late 19th century. The residences where recently renovated and decoupled with respect to the local traditional architecture.
The house functions on two different levels and composed of 3 bedrooms, a front room with an office, a sofa bed and a wood stove, an open plan kitchen with a dining room and a living room. In the living room there is a fireplace. The house also has two toilets and a bathroom.
The space is decorated with fabrics and curtains idiosyncratic lighting and handmade furniture.
The property has two major sundecks facing both the sea and the nearby mountains, which are full of sage, oregano and thyme.
The location is quiet, enchanting and ideal for natural exploration and architectural expeditions. There are many sightseeings and archeological regions in Mani Peninsula.
At around 130 meters from the building lies the graphic cove of Kiparissos, Aghios Nikolaos. The fantastic beach of Almyros which is covered in smooth stones and has crystal turquoise waters, is only 400 meters away from the house. There are many wonderful sandy beaches and coves accessible by car and at a small distance from the house.
