My son and I had been traveling for a week, touring colleges throughout the Northeast and staying exclusively at Hyatt properties. The Hyatt House at Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting was unquestionably the best experience we had the entire trip. The staff, the facility, and even the breakfast were all fantastic. I can honestly give this Hyatt House my highest recommendation.

Great hotel space, especially for the price. Bedroom and separate living room and kitchenette. Conveniently located on the border between Plymouth Meeting and E. Norriton, easy accessible to plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping. The place was noisy both weekend nights, but quieted down by midnight. Housekeeping came in and cleaned once in 5 days, and we had no communication as to a schedule. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our accommodations.

Wonderful Stay
Very nice property and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The 1 bdrm suite was comfortable and clean. I did see a couple of small flies (maybe fruit flies) but nothing major. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. It was a good variety and very tasty! I will definitely book this property again when traveling to the Plymouth Meeting area!!

Everything was clean, front desk was nice. Only giving 4 stars because it's been 5 days and the deposit they took when I checked in ($50 per night) still hasn't been removed from my bank account. Wish I could have tried the pool but it was pretty crowded all of the days we were there! The free breakfast looked ok but we opted to check out local cafes instead. If this is a lower cost option for you its a good pick! Our suite was big and the couch was comfy

it was probably one of the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. Having Two separate rooms was amazing. We really enjoyed the space and privacy.

Why TV on?
TV was on at a louder volume when we first entered the room. It seems a room next to us may have had the TV on as well. It seemed nobody was in that room but the TV was on all night and it could be heard through the wall. Made for difficult sleeping.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
My fiance and I only stayed here one night and that was one night too many. We stayed in one of the king suites. When we got checked into our room, sooo many things in the room were broken. The tv stand drawer was hanging off, fridge was dirty and covered in dents, bathroom sink was cracked. Plus, all of the door stoppers in the bedroom were laying on the floor and not attached to the wall. That wasnt even the worst of it, the walls here are PAPER THIN so we were unable to get decent sleep. The people in the room next to us had children that were running and screaming down the halls all night. Not to meantion we literally had to step over these kids because they were laying in the hallway. Some positives, the bed itself was pretty comfy and the room is conveniently located. Overall the room was pretty clean minus all of the broken stuff. Room was not worth the price paid and we will be avoiding this place in the future.
