bathroom floor was very creaky. sink was dated and bit difficult to use. shower booth needs cleaning but had nice warm water running. I was at the back end of the building and overall pretty quiet. very good location.

Superb art hotel.
Amazing hotel. Warm welcome on arrival. Free parking permit and free WiFi. Lovely building full of art. Room was spacious and clean. Relaxed atmosphere. Lift available. Very tasty cooked to order breakfast which was amazing value. Room had a view of the sea.Highly recommended.

Easy check in. upgraded us to a bigger room as we were staying for the week . Friendly staff spacious room spotlessly clean. Enjoyed walking round the art gallery. Accommodation within walking distance to all amenities. Absolutely top class.Would definately stay there agaln highly recommend.

Thought the property was lovely however room had paint pot in room and paint brush in sink when I checked in otherwise the room was clean. Breakfast was cold the first morning. Slightly hotter second morning. TV at night kept going fuzzy.

The hotel is in a square just off the sea front but still could see the sea from our window. Welcoming, helpful staff who carefully explained the car parking permits system in use in Eastbourne. Tasty and extremely good value breakfast. Lovely themed bedroom dedicated to Klimt( the Austrian painter). Plenty to see and do. Would happily stay again.
