Good for the most part.

Stay was good, staff was great, hotel was being remodeled so our room didn't have a fridge. But the room was clean, and the construction workers were doing their jobs, so stuff was in the halls, but they were very nice. I felt bad getting in their way. Pool was nice.

They are remodeling which is fine because it needed it however, I've never seen such shoddy work. The carpet transition was missing screws and was coming off and the fake wood flooring it was surrounding was squishy like it still had carpet under there. This can hurt someone. The breakfast is horrible. I could see nasty sticky stuff and hand prints all over the desk and tv stand and there was no housekeeping during the stay. There was also a non-functional light. Staff I feel like were the new owners. Who I think also own the hotel down the street that has been one star reviewed by almost everyone on here. For the same reasons.

We had a problem connecting to the WiFi. They offered suggestions and after that didn’t work, they gave us technical support. Soon after they notified us there was a problem and they got it corrected quickly.

Over all great hotel

Great overall hotel. Pros: Clean, remodeled, nice pool area, affordable price. Cons: no fridge because they ordered new ones with re-mode. The room could be more kid safe. Corners on night stand are very sharp. Was excited to swim just adults for last 1.5hr of night but kids came in and front desk did nothing.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our kids loved the pool area and slide! Breakfast could be better- we didn’t love refrigerator breakfast to heat in the microwave. But the hotel was newly renovated and clean.

Great place. Very Kid friendly pool. Hot tub was great. We got upgraded to a hot tub room at no cost. Breakfast was also great. I highly recommend it.

From the pre checkin to checkin, this was a horrible experience. The site staff told me it was my fault we got a room with 2 beds for 5 people. Interesting as the room down the hall was assigned a king size bed for 5 people. We were told my son could not come and drop the kids off in our room that we had to meet him in the lobby and visit with him there. There is mold growing in the corners of the shower in the bathroom to point where we could not shower. The pools were nice for the kids which they enjoyed. I will not be back and do not recommend this place.
