Beware of Pet Fee and Cleanliness
The bathroom floor had tape on the tiles to hold them together. There was soap scum around the shower. The top bedspread had a spot on it and it smelled odd. I booked the room on hotels.com and requested a hotel that was pet friendly. I checked in and was never told about the $75 pet fee. I received an invoice from them where they charged my credit card for a pet fee without ever telling me about the fee. I would have booked at another hotel had I known that there was such a steep pet fee for one night I would suggest that they make their pet fee and polices transparent on all reservation sites.

Swimming pool water so dirty. And we found human feces on the floor right in front of the shower. We left after we found it and complained to front desk. They did clean the floor but they said they clean the swimming pool every day and they don’t have cameras at there they don’t know who did it. Anyway next day there was a pool party in the swimming pool. I don’t think they changed water. It’s so disgusting we definitely won’t choose this hotel anymore.

It's really a nice hotel. Room was clean and bed comfy. The pool was clean but could use an upgrade. Service was amazing and better than most hotels. Breakfast was delicious and definitely won my husband over because the eggs were made like cheese omelets instead of the basic scrambled.
