We really loved our room -- it was large, clean, and comfy. A little weird because it was technically below ground, but that was fine. Lighting was very dim in both the bedroom and bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant was really good, and the bartenders are pretty skilled. It's close to old town and St. James Quarter, where the parking is located. Once you figure your way around, it's pretty easy.

Great location. Good food. A nice set up. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room clean. However the room lights were very dim. Two 60 or 75 watt bulbs would have been great.

Malmaison is a great location for touring the city. It's close to shopping and the Royal Mile. Parking is not very close, but it's walkable. They have a great bar, and we had a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant.
