Scott's View Apartment is a stunning seaside holiday apartment, located right on the High Street in North Berwick. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a sitting dining room. The wonderful large south facing bay window in the sitting room offers a sunny spot to watch the going's on in the High Street below and also has views to the sea beyond. This second floor apartment has high ceilings, original features and large picture windows and a wonderful period fire place.

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven/grill, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and washing machine - everything you need to ensure your stay is comfortable at this lovely seaside apartment!

Living room / Dining room
The sitting room enjoys views over the High Street with the sea in the distance. Furnished with 2 large comfortable sofas and a stunning window seating area, together with a dining table which seats 4. During the colder months you might want to enjoy cosy nights in beside the fire sipping a nice drink or a cup of coffee, enjoying the tranquility of this room or watching the wall mounted smart TV or perhaps a movie on Netflix or Amazon Prime.

This lovely apartment is carefully designed and equipped to appeal to guests looking for a stylish apartment decorated to reflect its location. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental. This is a lovely property located opposite St Andrew Blackadder Church - while some may find the clock tower chimes charming, there are earplugs available for those who don’t!

Please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart.

Great location with almost everything in NB walkable . Facilities were very clean, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Stairs were noted in property description and definitely an issue if you had significant luggage. Also a bit of concern on the cleanliness of hallway and staircase area which is not necessarily the owner’s fault . Parking was not as much of a problem as we thought it might be as there was ample street parking in the evening and public lot was close. While the apartment was spacious and comfortable the kitchen was small and not adequate if you planned to fix many meals. It had basic utensils and updated appliances. It’s an old building (like most of North Berwick) and some of the furniture could use some sprucing up. Noticed an oder when we arrived that might have come from some previous tenant cooking, although it got better with some spray and candles. Would definitely recommend for short stays .

The apartment was perfect for our golfing trip to Scotland and is ideally located for pubs and restaurants in North Berwick town centre and is in within walking distance of the fabulous North Berwick golf course. All of the regular amenities one would expect were to hand and the spacious lounge and generous sized bedrooms made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone considering a few days in East Lothian.

Fantastic stay on the coast
I found this gem of a flat because of North Berwick’s proximity to Edinburgh, but we loved the town itself as well. The flat is in a fantastic location, very spacious and with very comfortable beds. Both myself and my mom really enjoyed it and would love to come back one day!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Top Lage
Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles ist so wie beschrieben und man ist innerhalb von zwei Minuten am Strand. Man kann das Meer sogar von einem Wohnzimmerfenster aus sehen. Unsere Kinder haben die Strandnähe sehr genossen. Einzige Einschränkung: Wenn man, wie wir, ohne eigenes Auto da ist, ist es ein ziemlicher Umstand den Müll ordnungsgemäß bei den Stadtwerken zu entsorgen (die sind am anderen Ende der Stadt). Ansonsten gibt es ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufentfernung. Die zwei größeren Supermärkte sind etwas weiter entfernt. Es gibt gut zu erreichende Ausflugsziele (zwei Castles und der Hausberg) Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!
