Great location, walkable, rooms were fairly new / renovated, great bathroom / shower. The room we stayed was very small for two people with luggage. It was as described, but in the pictures it does look bigger. Overall, great place.

Great area! About a 10 minute walk to Old Town. The hotel staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. Rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and modern but a little on the small size. IMO rivals that of a larger Hub by Premier Inn room but more sleek. In some cases depending on what’s on in Edinburgh Point A can be overly expensive for what it is. Good location; 5 mins from Haymarket and the West End.

I had a room without a window. Room was fairly small but fine for me on my own. It was clean but rooms are only services every three days so as I was only there two days, room was not touched. There is a bar but quite limited. Not many restaurants nearby - but it’s only 5 mins walk to West End (And tram stop)

Good hotel for the price and location. About a 15 min walk to the castle and Grassmarket. The only think that made this not great was there was one outlet in the entire room.

Do NOT get assigned room 1-7 as these are in the basement and do not have a window. Room was the size of 8m2 and the bed was touching 3 walls. Claustrophobic as hell and paid way too much -close to 3oo- for that 1 night experience. Never again.

Great hotel. Breakfast is basic but excellent to start the day. Hotel is a 7 min walk from the tram station. Everything is within 15-20 walking distance and there is a supermarket a block a away. Overall a good hotel.

For my fellow American travelers, do not expect the massive suites you get in the US or other parts of the UK and Europe! There is just enough room for beds, a small fold-out desk, and one or two suitcases. But the location is clean, the staff is super accommodating and friendly, and it's walkable from multiple destinations in Edinburgh.

Point a hotel- Haymarket, Edinburgh
Our economy rooms were quite small but very clean and comfortable. If you need tissues, take them as they are not included. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. We were about a 15-18 min walk to Edinburgh Castle and Old Town. Convenient to bus and tram stops.
