This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At first glance, the room appeared clean and well-maintained. However, while resting on the bed, I pulled back the blanket and was horrified to find something resembling a bandage or small pad with what looked like blood stuck to the edge of the blanket. It was absolutely revolting and completely ruined my stay.
The issues didn’t end there. The shower had mold on the sealant and a clump of hair in the middle of the shower floor. On top of that, someone had left rubbish in the ice machine dispenser, and the air filter in the ice dispenser was completely clogged with dust. Adding to the discomfort, there was a strong, lingering chemical stench on the second floor.
While the front desk staff promptly moved us to a new room, which was problem-free, I couldn’t relax or sleep easily, as the image of the bandage kept coming back to me.
The lobby itself didn’t help matters either—it felt more like a hospital than a supposedly 4-star hotel. Overall, this experience left a lot to be desired and fell far below the standards I expected.
