Easy to walk to and from Edinburghs attractions and from the train station.
Property requires a fair bit of maintenance in the bathroom and kitchen/ lounge (room 1) but overall fairly quiet and a good place to say.

The location was great, walking distance to everything.
The property is clean but little bit old, and we had an incident with one of the rooms that we booked plus the terrible communication between us and the staff that made us really unhappy. Also the bed is too small.
I stayed here for 2 nights and it was lovely. Has everything you would need and is a short walk to city center and some beautiful local parks. It was very clean, AC worked well, good working hot water. It was a lovely stay.
The only good thing about the property was the staff. They were considerate. My holiday was spoiled by the filthy beat up depressing conditions of the room. There were so many damaged and broken items. Heavy mold in the shower. Uncomfortable and tired looking furniture. Thick dirt and dust on the thread bare carpet. For the large sum paid we were disgusted. No quality control what so ever. Had to change room due to a broken bath fan and kitchen cupboard that wouldn't close. The second room was worse. Lamp shades cracked all over. Dirty cabinets and doors. After prepaying for the room an additional 189 pounds was insisted on to be reimbursed on leaving. Don't understand what it was for as it couldnt possibly be a damage deposit.
Very convenient, enjoyed having a kitchen easy access to sites, buses and trains.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stewart by Heeton Concept. It was so nice to have an apartment which is very well equipped. We had been travelling for awhile and it was great having a washer/dryer. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and the staff is great! The surrounding area is close to a lot of shops, pubs, restaurants and the local attractions. Excellent accommodations!
This property was super convenient to all the cool things but the street was nice and quiet. I liked this property overall but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, the floor of the shower stall is a slipping hazard, and they could have been more upfront about the parking. Which, for the record, you have to areange through a separate company.
We thought the property was great for our purposes. We loved the location - it was walking distance to everything we needed to explore Edinburgh and the surroundings. The only complaint we had relates to the noisiness of the guests of the Oxford Club - our flat was the closest one to that establishment and it could rowdy in the evenings. If we every stayed here again we would try to specify one of the flats on the far end and/or on the backside of the building. We were on the front side of the building and the sound of cars going over the cobbled street at full speed was annoying - being on the back side might help.
