Expensive room was not as described
We booked a very expensive room with a terrace and what was supposed to be city view. We were not told however that the terraces were adjoining to 3 others and offered zero privacy nor was there a view unless we wanted to view the side of a building with scaffolding.

This hotel was a very lovely place to stay. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit and if a bit far the bus was round the corner. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The fridge was very well stocked and we even had a bottle of water which was replenished every day. I would highly recommend

Hotel was nice but no quiet space except your room. Piped music everywhere even in the library. Stuff was nice but... Ordinary. Good room sq ft, but poor usability for that. Mattress was all shapes and worn. Location is proper great though, convenient for the Mile.
