Our stay was wonderful and the staff were great. The only issue was that the hot tub in the pool area was very dirty with hair in it. We got in, noticed the cleanliness then got out.

The air conditioning was really loud in our room. When it kicked in, it would wake some of us up. It was also very hard to sleep being along the main hallway by the restaurant. So much traffic was loud and difficult to get to sleep. The place was clean and convenient though but we didn’t get any sleep.

The hotel was full of hockey players. If you stay here make sure there is not a tournament going on that weekend. The hotel was supposed to be soundproof but the noise from the kids echos through the hotel. The pool etc was too small. It was more like a splash pool for the slide. The hot tub was hot but no bubbles. Breakfast first day was excellent. Breakfast the second day was exactly the same but not hot. We actually left a day early because it was like being in a kids play ground

Worth the money

Front desk was quick and knowledgeable. Felt comfortable letting my kids go to the restaurant to pick up food. They loved the pool and watching the fish at the pond. Left my car while we were away and everything was good when we got back

Rooms are becoming dated/run down. They need paint and a bit of work. Water pressure in the shower was almost non exsistant. Pillows were oversized and hard. We have been staying at this property for 14 years and i do believe our stays have come to an end.
