If you are doing renovation and or have a flood, please let the people who have already booked know so they can make alternate arrangements. We arrived to jackhammering (which lasted ALL DAY) no breakfast and a mess on Boxing Day. We had 3 rooms booked and obviously couldn’t find another hotel with availablity

This property was very nice, it was our second time staying here in the last year and a half. Everything was excellent except the carpets in the room could be just a bit cleaner and some rust showing in the bathroom towel racks and little/minor scraps on the wall around the bathtub. The swimming facilities were excellent, our family had lots of fun. The hotel did experience a pipe burst, therefore the complimentary breakfast are apparently not being offered temporarily, they did offer a discount. Would come back again, pending the complimentary breakfasts.

The hotel experience a recent flooding, so the kitchen/restaurant was inoperable. It was only mentioned to us upon checking in. One of the reasons why we chose this hotel was having the convenience of a restaurant in the same building without having to venture out and a free breakfast. Due to the slight inconvenience, we had to stop at a nearby grocery store to pick up items to cook in our room as well as alcohol. No compensation was offered, something as simple as a discount coupon to one of the attractions at WEM or a discount for my 3 night stay would have been suffice. On the positive side, the staff were great to deal with, our family suite was a great size, but the kids did complain about their bunk bed being a little unstable. It was great having 3 tv's in our suite and the proximity to WEM and other amenities is also nice. I would still recommend staying at the hotel!

Days Inn is a family friendly hotel. Don was super helpful and friendly when my kids and I were checking in! We like to do staycations during the Christmas break and we would recommend this hotel.

Fire alarm went off at 3:30am we received no evacuation instructions or explanation for why an evacuation was not needed. Second floor flood left us with no water in the morning. There's a mini golf course throughout the main floor, which was nice. Hotel restaurant was tasty. Breakfast was okay, but the bare minimum. Rooms were clean and nice.

Kids enjoyed the stay swimming hours were great as they can swim till 11 its kids friendly, clean place and staff were welcoming, breakfast was okay wish there was more option but overall the stay was great. Super close to west edmonton mall ! Recommend it !
