Comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff. Elevators very very slow and stairs say emergency exit only. Leave time for elevator. Recommend reservations for breakfast at the Lounge and don’t order the grilled ham as it is deli meat; the rest of breakfast was very good and many choices. So nice to be at the mall.

The staff were amazing during our stay, they sent a special birthday card and goodies to our room for our daughters birthday. The themed rooms are definitely pricey but the location can't be beat.

We stay at the mall 2-3 times per year. Every time I say it’s the last time. No hot water for night time shower. There was an elevator out of service. There was a 30 minute line on the 9th floor for the elevator, we ended up hauling out luggage down the stairs!! It’s time for a complete overhaul and upgrade to the facility. The only thing that keeps us coming back is the convenience of being in the mall.
