We saw a room available on Expedia… went to the hotel and were told…. No room available! Went back to the truck and booked on Expedia! Room available, and upgraded!!!! A/C did not work and when it decided to work…. Loud AF!!! Also, commuter train and freight train RIGHT behind the hotel which is where our room was…. Running ALL night

Lovely room, bed and bedding. Room well equipped. Love their breakfast which is included. Swiss Chalet just a few steps away, and lots of dining options nearby. Handy to major roadways.

This was by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed in. It’s semblance of a Holiday Inn Express was by name only. Aside from interior entries, it’s amenities reminded me of a Motel6 or Super8. Mini travel hair dryer. Bathroom starting to fall apart. Breakfast vouchers to enter the free breakfast room. Then there are things that made us regret our stay. The carpet clearly hasn’t been cleaned in ages. On top of that, the room description on Expedia didn’t match what was at the site. The hotel manager was acutely aware of the discrepancies but was unsympathetic and blamed me (the customer), corporate, and Expedia. It felt like a bait-and-switch!
