Average Experience
This is an average hotel located in Edmonton's NW. Pricing is passable relative to the competition. There is no daily maid service unless you request and pay for it. The lounge food quality is quite average and the service is slow because staff do triple duty (work the front desk, bar and lounge service). Staff are friendly though.

Just stay for 2 nights. Only problem we found was temperature in our room. When we arrived it was set at 19 degrees. We turned it up and during the night room got cold.Temperature was at 19 degrees when we woke so turned it up again then went out for the day. Came back and again it was at 19 degrees. Called front desk and was told temperature is motion controlled so when you sleep or leave your room it automatically goes down. Not a good thing for those who like it warm.
