Staff is very friendly. I haven’t seen a hotel and hotel room this clean in a long long time. Also the beds are so comfortable. It is so convenient to stay there and be able to play and eat without leaving the building. Will definitely return again!

This was our first time staying at River Cree. We will definitely go back. The front desk staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. In particular we would like to note Anecita Salonga, Assistant Front Office Manager. We had a little trouble with our booking, she helped us through it and explained everything to us. She made sure we were happy before we left. Safety is a priority at the Hotel and Casino. All staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very good.

Not worth the price. Only stayed because we went to the fights. Drinks pretty sure had zero alcohol in them. I dont gamble so spending that kinda money on just a room was ridiculous and wont be staying here again. Over priced for a small plain room with no view.

The hotel & rooms are very nice and clean; amazing staff. Could not sleep because of the continuous yelling and fighting in hallway throughout the night including an individual trying to kick down a door and yelling swears; threats and slurs

My husband and I went and had supper in the casino and a good deal came up on the menu in regards to a steak so we bought it wasn’t very appetizing. It’s just like as if the steak was boiled and not fried.
