I was travelling with my small dog. The pet friendly room was not the same quality as other rooms in this hotel (I’ve stayed here before). The deodorizer they are using in this room was so potent it affected my ability to sleep.

Unfortunately I realised I’d left my sweatshirt in my room after I checked out and contacted the hotel about this. I was promised a call back with an update but nothing received. Had to go to hotel in person and nothing was reported as found. I know it was left in the room, so am feeling let down and disappointed by the lack of honesty and service!

We love your hotel and it’s our first choice when travelling. But this past stay wasn’t as comfortable. You changed the bed pillows to small cushion pillows. It was so uncomfortable for us and we normally love your beds. Please put a couple king pillows back
