My fault that I assumed it was actually at the airport, not the reason I’m writing a bad review… when I figured it out they said the shuttle would be 10 minutes so I waited outside and it was just under 30 minutes, then the room shower drain was full of hair so I didn’t even bother showering. And I was placed next to the staircase even though the hotel was obviously not busy. The breakfast was decent and the staff were fairly friendly though but I wouldn’t go back

Great Hotel - Lousy Airport Shuttle
Staff were great. The hotel is modern and well-appointed. The only hiccup is the airport shuttle. I called the hotel in advance of needing a pickup and was told the shuttle would arrive in "5-10 minutes". Thirty minutes later I had to call the hotel again. The driver showed up a few minutes later but it was cold and dark waiting outside. The shuttle the next morning wasn't much better. The buses are very worn and in need of repair.
