Otel gayet başarılı, konaklayanları kalitesiz
Biz bebekli bir aile olarak iki oda bir salon olan giriş katındaki apartlarından birinde kaldık. Servis temizlik çalışanlar gayet iyiydi çok memnun kaldık, bebeğimin süt alerjisi olduğu için kahvaltı menüsünde bize özel küçük değişiklikler bile yaptılar talep ettiğimizde. Kahvaltı odaya geldiği için saatini normalden erkene bile çekebildik bebekli olduğumuzdan. Ancak yan odada konaklayanlar bir gece öyle çok ses yaptılar ki şikayet etmek zorunda kaldık resepsiyona. Resepsiyon kendilerini yan odada bebekli bir aile var biraz sessiz olabilir misiniz diye uyarınca inadına bize gönderme yaparak daha çok sesli konuştular. Ses geçirmez duvarları yok, odaların duvarları kağıt gibi yani. Bilginiz olsun.

Otel genel olarak iyi. Personel güler yüzlü. Temizlik iki günde bir yapılıyor. Kahvaltı güzel fakat o kahvaltılık salçayı değiştirin zehir gibi çok tuzlu ve acı. Ayrıca odalara girip kontrol etmeniz gerekiyor bazi teras kapiları ve dolap kapakları sürtüyor veya takılıyor. Sonuç olarak kendinizi evinizde hissetmeniz, güler yüzlü personel ve temizlik ile birlikte verdiğiniz parayı hak eden bir otel. Ön tarafta konaklarsanız eğer, kaz dağlarına karşı kahve ve kahvaltı keyfi güzel oluyor.

Oda suit oda çok güzel ama kahvaltı kötü. Odaya servis oluyor. Onların verdiğini yemek, 2 bardak çay içmek durumundasınız. Bence kötüydü. Odanın güzelliğine rağmen tekrar kalmak istemem.

Odaların ve yatakların temizliği çok iyiydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Konumdan dolayı pencere açık olduğu zaman biraz trafik gürültüsü olması dışında mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi oldu.

Umumi bir alana araç park ettigimiz icin , bazi zamanlar park edecek yer bulamadik. Diger odalardan çok fazla gurultu geliyordu. Yatak odasi cok kucuktu.

Schönes Hotel allerdings dauernd Stromausfall
Es war alles in Ordnung bis zum zweiten Aufenthaltstag plötzlich gab es für mehrere Stunden einen Stromausfall. Dank diesem gab es auch kein Wasser sprich auf die Toilette gehen oder Duschen konnte man auch nicht! So ein Laden sollte mindestens einen notstromagregattor haben damit wenigstens man aufs Klo gehen kann. Man konnte wenigstens ein paar Flaschen wasser bringen können damit man wenigstens hände waschen kann selbst dies geschah nicht. Wir konnten den aufenthalt nicht zu vollem nutzen mussten aber trotzdem den vollen betrag zahlen. Der Stromausfall ist mehrmals am Tag aufgetreten. Sehr schönes Hotel aber das ist ein absolutes Nogo!
