This is a nice IHG property, and they treated myself and the family well. It is not the best Holiday in but is it a lot better than most of the offerings in the Edson area. The room was clean and fairly roomie. The breakfasts were good a hot, with a nice selection, and the dinning area was spotless and with lots of room and tables. Now for the issue we had the most was the pool, as the slide was only operational during certain times of the day I believe it was 6 pm to 9 pm (pool open 7am to 10pm), and the hot tub was covered over and decommissioned permanatly. I would recommend it for individuals and families with teenage children.

While the staff were very attentive and friendly our room was a little dirty the fridge was not cleaned out and the tub was very slow to drain. We let the staff know and they were quick to try and solve it.

Overall a really good stay. Friendly staff, accommodating, helpful and pleasant. Tough to park later in the evening and we were sad that the hot tub is closed. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of options, including gluten free!!!
