Close to everything, yet far from the crowds! This spacious and elegant beachfront duplex penthouse has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces and is located in a secure community with elevator and private parking.

This large and comfortable apartment is distributed over 2 floors with all the necessary comforts for a short or long stay with family or friends.
It's great to have a car for excursions on the Costa Blanca. However, it is not necessary as the tram and bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk away.

The location is perfect for the beach, water sports, relaxing and taking day trips to El Campello, Alicante, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Calp, Denia and more.

Besides being very spacious and conveniently located, one of the best features is the huge private chill-out terrace. From there you can see the beach on one side and the mountains on the other. It is a cozy place to have a local wine with tapas while watching the sunset or watch the sunrise while enjoying freshly brewed coffee.

The layout of the apartment is very comfortable. For those groups who want a bit of privacy or those who don't want to go up and down stairs. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second level of the apartment.

The apartment has an open concept so that guests can interact either in the living room and dining room.

For those who need to work, we have high-speed internet and a desk in the sunny sitting area with views of the mini-golf course, garden and mountains.

The kitchen has high-end brand appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need. It includes:

There are 2 single sofa beds (80x190cm) in the living room which are suitable for children or small-medium size people and not recommended for tall/big people. There is also an extra roll-away 90cmx190cm bed.

The pool is not heated and is open all year from 9:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00. From May to September sun loungers are available by the pool and beach towels are provided. From May to August, sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented on the beach.

->There is a travel baby bed that can hold up to 15kg, and it costs €25 for sheets and blankets per stay.

-> We recommend hiring our cleaning service for stays longer than 7 nights. The cost is €10/hour, minimum 3 hours.
The paddle court is closed for renovation.

***Prices reflect two people per 1 room. Depending on the number of guests in the reservation will determine the number of rooms available. Access to additional rooms is €25/night per room for single use. The additional guest fee is €25/night per person.

***The rates for late arrivals are €20 from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. it is €40.

***Due to local laws, all guests must make a traveler registration with their identification, which is sent to the Civil Guard electronically.

Amazing apartment
Elsa was brilliant letting us check in early when we got there. The Apartment was amazing plenty of room for all of us and a perfect location right next to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back next year.

I stayed at Elsa’s property with 6 of my friends and we had a brilliant time. Such good location to the beach and tram stops that take you direct to everywhere you need to be. Lovely restaurants nearby aswell. The apartment is really modern and the terraces are a perfect touch. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was incredible, as soon as we got in we fell in love with the place. It has everything you’d need including swimming pool towels! Then location is great, we managed to get to San Juan and Alicante in no time with the tram a minute away from the property. Elsa was very approachable and was easy to get hold of her! Recommend this place 100%
