This has to be the BEST Hilton Hotel we have ever stayed in. The pool is crystal clear, amazing and clean hot tub!!! Quiet rooms, yummy breakfast and OUTSTANDING staff. It is THE ONLY hotel in El Paso we stay at and recommend.

The hotel is breaking down. It’s my second stay there recently and both times there have been significant maintenance issues. This latest incident the shower wouldn’t stop leaking. We had to tip toe through the toilet. It used to be an excellent place but time has caught up.

We already had a long day of travel so the last thing I wanted to do was complain and make my day longer. Room didn’t have any conditioner or body wash. The shampoo didn’t want to dispense. Back of the toilet seat was dirty, wall had dust bunnies, show had mold around the top hand rail, corners of the outside of the tub had mold also around the corners of the top part of the tub.

It was easy to get on and off the freeway. Great breakfast as always. Comfy beds, we slept so well. Parking lot had some fences up so parking was only on one side of the building so we could see our vehicle from our room but other than that it was another great stay.
