I was unable to stay. I requested a refund, but knowing the staff, who was rude and I flexible, would probably not grantbit. The lobby was a dump, badly maintained, and does not comply with a minimum hospitality standard

Never stay at this hotel.

It was a terrible experience. I will never try to do a reservation at this place anymore. Front desk is rude and unprofessional. Room looked terrible and had cigar smell. Bath horrible. Overall this hotel shouldn’t be listed in your website. I would be glad if I could get a refund but I guess I’m not. I was working and driving late to rest comfortable and didn’t happen. I just wanted to sleep and didn’t cancel anything because was so tired. No good. Unsatisfied.
