The hotel is nice but it has horrible service. Felt I was bothering them when I was checking in. When I asked them about parking they seemed confused. Would not be surprised if the person checking us in was under the influence of something. Finally when we asked for some half and half for the room they gave only one per person!

Overall the hotel is very nice, but the one con would be that they don’t have complementary breakfast or complementary coffee for the guests like most other hotels do. Other than that, it’s a nice clean hotel with very professional staff.

Food from restaurant bar was good. The service the first night was excellent, the service the second night was absolutely horrible. The older bar tender woman with the makeup was SO rude and disrespectful that I had to ask the front desk to get my order to go. I had a baby with me and the woman had so much unnecessary attitude that I’m shocked she has a position in the hospitality industry. Front desk was amazing, housekeeping could use some work. Hair in the bathroom and shower that wasn’t ours, pretty gross. Other than that it was great.

So, I was only there one night, so I cannot tell you about the area or the property. The property seemed clean. What I can tell you, is I got in very very late, like 3 am, and was exhausted. The person at the desk, who checked me in, was rude. I made a joke and she sneered. I explained I had had a very long day of travel and she couldn't had cared less. She gave me the key to the room with barely any other word. In the morning, I was under the impression there was breakfast and coffee available. When I came downstairs and asked about the coffee, the woman at the front desk was rude about that too. When I gathered my belongings and checked out, the same person who was bothered by my asking about coffee, checked me out, she was not friendly at all. I didn't appreciate their attitudes. After a long day of driving and another long day of driving a head of me, and paying $179 for a room I laid in for about five hours, I was not very happy about it.
