Sewer water was leaking around the water closet which made the entire room filled with pungent odor. Hard wood floor was filthy and was not mopped in a long time. Toilet flush fill valve was repaired during my stay but the maintenance personnel left a dirty floor. Online property room photos dont reflect actual condition. Beware! Management needs to upgrade rooms and overall cleanliness of the property and rooms.

Horrible! Zero stars!
Worst motel ever been in. Toilet seat was broken off and laying in the floor. Told front desk, lady didn’t care. Ceiling had water leaking from upstairs room. Blood spots were all over the floor. DO NOT STAY HERE! Front desk people do not care and the room was uninhabitable and unsanitary. They would not refund my money. Horrible! No stars is my choice.

Cockroaches!!!!!This was the worst hotel experience of my life. There was cockroaches everywhere in the room and when I requested to be moved the woman at the front desk denied it and offered to lend me a broom so I can sweep my room myself, after letting her know I don't work for the hotel, she demanded to see my room and when she did and i was explaining every thing that was wrong she. Interrupted me and yelled at me with accusations that I had moved the furniture and that's what made the roaches come out, also accusing me of lying, she swept and mopped and left. She didn't do a good job with the sweeping or mopping either. Later when more roaches came out they refused to come to the room at all.w

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to finally arrive. The room was ok. The mattress was obviously old as you could feel the springs and very creaky/noisy. The door did not feel like it closed securely as the bottom had some damage preventing it to close properly. There was a rather big hole in the fitted sheet covering the mattress. The sheets had stains even though they were clean. The breakfast was sub-par. The scrambled eggs were watery and the hot foods were all cold. There was a waffle machine but no batter. They have a shuttle with very limited hours so I ended up having to Uber back to the airport. Overall nothing extraordinary about this place and definitely would not stay again.

My parents were going to stay here and my mom FaceTime me and the room was dirty, sofas all written up, bathroom was dirty, sheets were stained. My mom and dad are elderly and they also feared for their safety they immediately checked out and I relocated them to a better place. The property did not refund the other nights paid!!! But their safety was my priority! Pics DO NOT match the property!!!
